Friendly, attentive staff made check-in easy.
We faced major issues during our stay. For starters, the hot tub was out of order for three months, and we were misinformed about its availability. Additionally, the room had inadequate bedding supplies, and I had to wait unnecessarily for an extra blanket. To top it off, I was surprised with parking fees that were not disclosed at check-in, leading to an uncomfortable conclusion to my visit.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to the concert venue, and the clean, comfortable room was a major highlight. Parking was also convenient, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. However, the room I booked wasn't quite the right fit for my needs, which caused a little inconvenience during check-in. There was also no food available on-site during my stay, which would have added to the experience, as I had hoped to grab a quick sandwich without venturing out.

This place was just a fitting option for a passing visit in Peoria with exceptional value. The young lady in the morning was super friendly and efficient, taking care of everything we needed without us even asking. Make sure to check on hot tub availability before staying.

my stay exceeded expectations during my short visit to peoria. the city view from my queen room with two queen beds was fantastic, providing a nice backdrop for a restful night. being just a short walk to the civic center was a major plus for attending the concert!

We came in from out of town to see a comedy show at the Civic Center and were so relieved to find a skywalk connecting it to the hotel, which kept us cozy and dry. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after the event. Only downside was the vending machine was out of snacks, but we found a great little café nearby. 😊
